Given the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), which toke effect on 25th May 2018, NEXTEL SERVICE SRL, registered office in Rubano (PD), via Rossi, n. 5/b, fiscal code and number of company’s register of Padova 04246220281, share capital Euro 50.000,00 represented by the authorised representative pro tempore (“NEXTEL SERVICE”) has devised the policy described in this communication to explain how we collect and use the data we obtain about you and your rights regarding your personal data.
NEXTEL SERVICE is the data controller of your data, which means that we are legally responsible for how your data is collected and used. Your privacy will be respected by us and we will protect all of your personal data that we process. All such personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws..

How we may share the Data we collect: international transfers
Only the people who need to process the Data for the purposes mentioned above have access to your Data.

How long we will keep your Data

- request access to your personal data in our possession, as well as correction, deletion, limitation, opposition to their processing, if performed automatically on the basis of consent or for the performance of the contract;
- revoke the consent to the processing of your data at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
- to propose a claim to the Guarantor for the processing of personal data.
